Hi guys I would like you to leave a comment under this post reflecting on how you think the school cross country afternoon went last week. The comments that you leave will help us plan a bigger and better school cross country event next year.
Please leave constructive comments only.You can think about;
1) What do you think was the best part of the cross country?
2) What would you like to see changed for next year?
3) Do you think the course was long enough?
4) Do you think your fitness has improved so far this term?
I can't wait to read your comments.
Thanks
Mr Creek
1] Their wasn't a best best part.2)Less running.3)The course was to long.4)my fitness wasn't improved!!!
ReplyDeletefor number 4 I think that fitness has definitely improved so far this term and that's great.
ReplyDeleteI think that it was quite exciting to see who got a place in our team. But it was a bit boring when when they were running, it only got a bit more fun when we saw them sprinting to the finish line.
ReplyDelete1 idea is to sell lollipops and drinks and stuff to people while they're watching people run, maybe for 50 cents each? Just an idea though.
I really enjoyed the cross country this year and here are my answers to the questions.
ReplyDelete1)I think the best part of cross country for me was when the race was nearly finished and I bet Tegan and nearly Theresa.
2)I think for next year I would like to see a longer course.
3)No I don't think the course was long enough because the course we had to run at cross country was way longer. Also I could've run the course again at the same speed but I didn't because I was expecting it to be longer.
4)I am not sure because in the 5 minute gut buster I got 28 on the first day and the only score I got higher was 28 and a half.
Mr Creek, also, I think the course should be a bit more longer, just a bit because I didn't have the need to stop or walk even once.
ReplyDeleteI think my fitness has improved, but just a bit.
I'm not to sure though, because when I do the 5min gut buster, I get uneven laps. What I mean is, sometimes I improve, sometimes I don't, but when I do the laps around the field, I can tell I'm improving because I don't feel as puffy as when I started.
1) I think the best part of cross country was getting into teams and supporting each other because I think that was really cool seeing everyone with their team colours and facepaint
ReplyDelete2) I don't think I would change anything although it would be nice to have different areas where people could watch from
3) I think the course was fine, just enough to be hard, but not to much or you could like you were going to collapse if you were really unfit
4) I think I have improved because at first I would have never finished it, but now I feel less tired when I run.
